Riverside Homeowners Association wishes all of our residents who celebrate Happy Hanukkah!
Riverside Homeowners Association wishes all of our residents who celebrate a very Merry Christmas!
Eight years ago, we re-started the Riverside Homeowners Association in order to better represent Sandy Springs’ largest HOA group. We have done a lot of great work together but more remains to be done, and to accomplish these goals we need your help! The board is staffed by resident volunteers. The more volunteers we have, the more we can accomplish. The current Board of Director’s term ending December 31, 2018, and we are soliciting volunteers for the Board terms of 2019 – 2021. The slate will be presented at our annual membership meeting (tentatively planned for early February).
All board positions are available but the following positions need the most help: Membership, Traffic, Secretary, Communications, and Treasurer.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD NEEDS MORE LEADERS. PLEASE JOIN US IN CONTINUING OUR GOAL TO IMPROVE THE RIVERSIDE NEIGHBORHOOD!
Together we can influence what happens around us.
The Riverside HOA represents all 700 of the households in our neighborhood. The most effective way to present our unified commitment to local government is to have a strong membership base.
The dues are kept at a moderate amount – $45/year. These costs include:
- Security measures
- Traffic enforcement
- Beautification of the entrances to the neighborhood
- Social gatherings
Please consider donating above and beyond the $45/annual dues – it is an investment in your safety, security and peace of mind!
Annual Dues $45
Enhanced Traffic Enforcement $60
Commitment to Preserving the Riverside neighborhood $_____
Total $ _____
Memberships via Check takes significantly more time of our limited volunteer resources. We are not staffed to process all the checks we receive. If you are able to volunteer to help process checks please email email@example.com
